New England Sasquatch or Bigfoot

DID YOU KNOW

the Quabbin has a white sasquatch?

The White Sasquatch of the Quabbin has all the classic traits of a legendary cryptid: enormous, mysterious, and deeply committed to never being in focus. Unlike its moss‑colored cousins out west, this one looks like it was carved out of a snowbank and then told to go stalk the nearest watershed.

Sightings usually begin with someone insisting they saw “a huge white thing,” which is also what she said. Witnesses describe the creature as seven feet tall, ghostly pale, and bipedal. It’s been spotted near old cellar holes, along restricted trails, and once, according to a fisherman, standing on the shoreline “like it was judging my casting form.”

Locals have theories. Some say it’s an albino Bigfoot. Others claim it’s the restless spirit of a disgruntled Enfield resident who refused to evacuate in 1938 and simply evolved into a fur‑covered forest dweller, somehow. A few insist it’s just a very tall guy in a winter coat, but those people are no fun and should be ignored.

The creature’s behavior is famously weird. It reportedly tiptoes. It allegedly sighs loudly at joggers. One hiker swears it threw a pinecone at him “with attitude.” More than one hunter reported the unsettling sensation of being followed by something with the energy of someone who just wants to be left alone.

So, what do you think? Is it a white sasquatch? I'm going with yes, just because I can. It's my page, so who's going to stop me? You, tough guy? I'd like to see you try!

Have you ever seen something you couldn't explain?
